The service was amazing. The guy came went to work. I have to mention that I am a Deaf customer and the communication has been a breeze with Joshua. He was willing to work with me and explain the issues. He went under my house to inspect the pipes alongside unclogging the main kitchen pipe. Would come back!

Josh just finished using a snake to pull out tons of hair from my bathtub drain. He came into my house wearing covers on his shoes and investigated the situation before deciding what to do. Spent a good amount of time and used the snake threw times to ensure a clean drain. After he finished I was called in to check his work. This plumber was great. They were able to accommodate a visit the same day for a slab leak that I had. The technician that arrived was very professional and put some boot covers before entering my house to keep my carpet and floors clean. I appreciate that attention to detail. I had a hot water pipe leak under the slab. Pablo & Juan did a very professional job and were careful in their finish work. This was all done with no damage of any kind in the interior of the house.

My experience with Circle City Plumbing could not have been better. First off a live person answered the phone! Josh was excellent. He was here when he said he would be, wore the foot booties to avoid tracking in any dirt, and did timely, excellent work. The price was exactly as quoted over the phone. Got home Monday have water leaking from the main valve and yard called Circle City Pluming about my issue, Circle City plumbing came out assess the issue came back the next day had to replace the meter and the main water line going into the house started the job on Tuesday attached to hose so I would have water and came back on Wednesday and finished up the job Circle City plumbing did a fantastic job both days workers very pleasant gentleman definitely will be calling them again for my plumbing problems can't go wrong with Circle City plumbing.

We had a small leak somewhere because our water usage kept going up. I also started to hear water running from our main going into the house. Put out requests to a few companies and Circle City Plumbing was the fastest. They also called and showed up before the window they gave us. They were very upfront with what they were going to do. They looked through the house and yard to see if they could pin point the leak. They determined it was in the main between the meter and the house. They started work and did their best to see if was an area that wouldn't cost too much. Unfortunately it was not, but they got right to work repairing it. The repair took more than a day, but they left a temp line so we weren't without water. The team of people they sent were great. Very communicative. They got the job done. I will be going to them for my future plumbing needs.

Hands down the best plumbing company you can hire. My water heater took a major dump and called Circle City Plumbing. I spoke with Ever and he immediately got on it! I had been wanting to upgrade from a traditional tank to a tankless water heater and Ever was able to give me all the information I needed to happily make the upgrade. He asked for some necessary information to come up with a game plan and and within a few hours Gerry showed up to my house to access the situation. Gerry and Josh came out first thing the next day to work on the system. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They got the job done and cleaned up afterwards. Marcos, the company owner, also stopped by to check on the guys. It was Valentine's Day. He was the last person I expected to see checking in on anybody, but there he was, also putting in work. It's always heartwarming to see the guys at the top out in the field getting their hands dirty. We have used this company for several issues on our property over the years. Recently we have repiped, installed a new water heater and whole property Halo5 water filter system .The prices are fair the work is quality and they have accurately diagnosed every issue we’ve had come up with our plumbing . The plumbers are professional and always put down drop clothes where they are working and put on shoe covers. They clean up after themselves without having to tell them to . Two workers had to stay overtime 2 hours to finish my job and they did without complaint or attitude on a Friday !!! Extremely professional . Quality work , customer service excellent . Had a water main break on a Saturday afternoon late these guys came out and fixed after dark and restored water to our house I then hired them to put a new shut off valve to my sprinkler valves and replace valves.Very fair price and very knowledgeable techs that help each other in the field meaning if the tech on the job needs parts he makes a phone call to another tech close by to pick up parts so he didn’t have to leave the job which I thought was cool!!Highly recommend very clean knowledgeable and straight forward and show up when they tell you they’ll be there!!Thanks Guy’s definitely use you again for future plumbing needs!!!

We discovered a leak from our upstairs bathroom on Thanksgiving Day with a house full of guests! Water was dripping down into the garage in many places. Mayhem! I called Circle City Plumbing that very afternoon. They answered right away and scheduled a visit for first thing the next morning. We shut off our water after our guests left. Gerry showed up - very friendly and professional. He quickly found the leak on the hot water pipe, fixed it, and fixed the cold water pipe next to it (which looked like it was ready to spring a leak on Christmas Day.) Gerry took time to show me the problem, how he fixed it, and then cleaned up thoroughly. There were no games with pricing. It was a very fair and they didn't press their advantage. This is rare to find with professional plumbers. Support your local plumber. If you don't have a leak yet, create one and have these guys out for a great experience. :)

I had a slow shower drain. It was not an emergency but Circle City came out within 24 hours. Josh was courteous, wore booties inside my house, and fixed my issue quickly. He even cleaned up the accumulated soap scum around the drain! Kudos to Josh and Circle City. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We had draining problem with the washing machine and kitchen sink. A neighbor referred us to Ryan at Circle City Plumbing. Ryan came out the same day and found out that our drain lines were too old. The team replaced the drain lines and coated the interior of our pipe from the bathroom to the side walk within 7 business days. Had a clogged toilet. Ryan arrived promptly, ran snake thru main sewer line and fixed the problem. He ran the snake in and out several times just to make sure it was fixed. When I first called, we thought it was for a clogged pipe. It ended up being rotted cast iron drain( house was built in 1962). The guys at Circle City Plumbing and Rooter took care of everything. Ever had the whole team working on the job to get my kitchen and laundry running again, with everyone worked on the holiday weekend! Pablo and Tony were so great, cleaned up after their work each day. The job was extensive but Ever was there to let us know what was going on every step of the way. Have a clogged kitchen sink, driving me crazy. Got a valpak coupon for a drain clean out so I gave them a call Thursday morning. Said they could come same day 1-4pm. Ryan showed up around 2pm and was very polite and professional. Showed him to the drain and the clear out and he got to work. Unfortunately the snake didn’t fix my problem but that’s no fault of his. He even went under my crawl space to inspect my pipes just to give me a better idea of what was going on. Didn’t charge me anything, was mindful of his work space and cleaned up after himself. 10/10 for me. Wouldn’t hesitate to reach out to them again.

Called Saturday morning regarding a slab leak, the owner came by within a couple hours and took a look at the property. He looked at the water meter, shut off the water to the house investigating the issue. Decided it was in fact a slab leak. Their crew was at our house on Monday. The employees were all professional and very nice. They communicated effectively and immediately. The employees were clean and cleaned up after they were finished. I highly recommend this business.

The team arrived and after some investigation determined that the drain lines and sewer, original to my mid-century home, were in extremely poor condition. They did a complete replacement of drain and sewer lines. The team was extremely conscientious, courteous, respectful, and professional. We had a very bad kitchen sink clog. Called up just this morning and was able to get a same day appointment. Ryan showed up when promised and diagnosed the problem.
