I had been wanting to upgrade from a traditional tank to a tankless water heater and Ever was able to give me all the information I needed to happily make the upgrade. He asked for some necessary information to come up with a game plan and and within a few hours Gerry showed up to my house to access the situation. Gerry and Josh came out first thing the next day to work on the system. They were both very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They got the job done and cleaned up afterwards. Marcos, the company owner, also stopped by to check on the guys. It was Valentine's Day. He was the last person I expected to see checking in on anybody, but there he was, also putting in work. It's always heartwarming to see the guys at the top out in the field getting their hands dirty. Based on my interaction with everybody I spoke with from the company, it is very evident that the customer and their needs come first, regardless of time of day or whether it's a holiday or not.
